Low energy consumption and Greater Yield

Our flexible high-performance filler processes beer, mixed beer beverages and soft drinks in glass quickly and efficiently thanks to the new ECO method. It has a capacity of up to 20,000 bottles per hour.

HG's bottling/canning system can be tailored to your specific requirements and is supplied as a single machine or in combination with a bottle rinser for various output capacities. Additional closure systems can also be retrofitted as an option as and when required. With our new filling system you enjoy optimum beverage quality while drastically cutting your CO2 consumption by up to 50%.

Designed for beer filling, also be used for other driks

HG's bottling/canning system are specifically designed to beer filling and include double pre evacuation as a standard feature on some models to ensure ultra low dissolved oxygen DO’s are maintained during the filling operation.

The combination of high quality robust machine construction along with close attention to the needs of clean in place CIP ensures our beer fillers deliver efficient reliable bottling/canning production.

As well as filling a wide range of all beer types, such as lagers, ales, stouts, unfiltered wheat beers and bottle conditioned beers HG's beer fillers can also be used for filling cider, hard cider, sparkling wines as well as carbonated soft drinks.

With suitable change parts the machines can handle a wide range of glass bottle sizes plus PET bottles when fitted with optional neck lift supports.
